This mug is wheel-thrown with crisp, white porcelain and adorned with a small rosette bouquet at the top of the handle. It’s glazed with a food-safe liner glaze inside and with a beautiful blush pink on the outside. Finally, it’s accented with gold luster.

Because the lip of the mug warped from a circle into an oval in the firing, this ug is considered a “second”, meaning that it’s fully functional, but has a visual “flaw” - the unintended oval shape. This is reflected in the sale price.

Food safe. Mugs with metallic luster should not be used in the microwave. I always recommend hand washing handmade ceramics, especially my floral mugs.
